Limit Your Account

Many of our customers use Deposit Limits to manage their spending. Limits can be set for any one calendar day, week, month or by session (per login) and cannot be overridden.

Deposit Limits are counted in line with the below timeframes:

Daily Limit = Every day 00:00:00 until 23:59:59 (GMT-3)
Weekly Limit = From Sunday 00:00:00 to Saturday 23:59:59 (GMT-3)
Monthly Limit = From 00:00:00 on the 1st of the month until 23:59:59 on the last day of the month (GMT-3)
Session Limit = per login
The Session period will be calculated over each individual login session (login to logout).

You can decrease your Deposit Limits at any time and this will be applied immediately.

Before increasing your Deposit Limits, carefully consider if you can afford to do so. Never decide to increase your limit because you have lost money and think that you will win it back by gambling more. If you wish to increase a limit you will need to wait 24 hours before we action your request and then return to our site to confirm that you still want to increase it.

To help you manage the amount of time you spend playing at bet365, a Reality Check alert is applied to your account. Once set, a pop-up alert will be displayed as a reminder that you have been logged into your account for the specified period of time.

If you wish to receive the alerts more often, then any changes will be applied straight away. Any decrease in alerts will take 24 hours before they are applied, you are unable to receive the alerts less frequently than one hour.

Once the specified time period elapses, you will be logged out and unable to use your account until the next calendar period.

Spend Limits enable you to restrict the total amount you can stake in any one calendar day, week, month or by session (per login).

Spend Limits are counted in line with the below timeframes:
Daily Limit = Every day 00:00:00 until 23:59:59 (GMT-3)
Weekly Limit = From Sunday 00:00:00 to Saturday 23:59:59 (GMT-3)
Monthly Limit = From 00:00:00 on the 1st of the month until 23:59:59 on the last day of the month (GMT-3)
Session Limit = per login
The Session period will be calculated over each individual login session (login to logout).

Once your Spend Limit is reached for a particular period, you will be unable to place any more stakes until the applicable time period resets.

You will still be able to use all other bet365 services.
